Shipping and Other FAQs
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship to me?
A: It's currently taking me 3 to 5 business days to fulfill orders, select and add free gifts, and record packing videos. For larger orders, this may occasionally exceed five business days, but if you would like me to skip doing a packing video, please add a note at checkout and this should cut off some processing time. Unfortunately, we are not able to control shipment times once your package is released to the shipper. However, most packages are taking between 4-7 business days with some delays due to Winter weather conditions.
Q: What if I haven't received my box yet?
A: Please check your emails or online account with us for a tracking number. Please use our Contact Us page to leave us a note if you have any further questions or concerns. While, as a policy, we cannot be responsible for missing packages once released to a shipping carrier, we definitely want to hear about any issues and work with you to makes things right.
Q: What if I want you to use less packaging for the contents of my box?
A: Certainly! Leave us a note using our Contact Us page and I will do my best to reduce packaging or move from plastic to paper for your order if I have paper packaging in stock.
Q: When will new products hit the website/shop?
A: I am still learning what works best for those interested in our store so for right now, new inventory will be limited so I don't carry too much stock that I may not have room for. However, if you really like something, please feel free to let me know and I will keep it in mind for future consideration! I love to hear from customers what types of items they really like to browse. Note that new items may start off initially as free gifts or be used in scoops/sets to gauge broader interest before being sold as individual items on the website. UPDATE (4-Sep-2024): New things are coming! I've received a few new things I'll be gradually adding to the shop in the next couple of weeks.
